Activity Reports
A form-driven activity sweep across People, Organisations and Assets — exactly what happened in a date range, ready to send to a client or owner.
Built for property-manager-style updates: pick which entity types to include, set a date range, and FlecBase renders one block per entity that had a new note or image in that period. Entities with no activity are omitted automatically — the report is only ever what is worth showing.
Each entity block has a tight header (status, key facts) and two side-by-side panes — notes on the left, images on the right. The on-screen view doubles as the print view: once a report is generated, the Download PDF button renders the same blocks to a tenant-branded PDF you can attach to an email or hand over directly.
Uses your normal Notes and Files — nothing extra to maintain. If you are already capturing site visits as notes and photos, the Activity Report is a click away.
