One-click sends from records

Templates with a system name (PLACEMENT_NOTICE, ORDER_DISPATCH, INCIDENT_UPDATE…) appear as standalone buttons on the record's header. Click the button, review the pre-filled email, send. No template picker, no attachment surface — just the fast path for routine notices.

Buttons appear in the record header next to Send email. Each button is named after the template (e.g. Placement notice, Order dispatch). The buttons are filtered to templates whose entity_type matches the record AND that the current user is allowed to see (system OR a group they belong to).

Click → pre-filled modal with the resolved subject + body. Three fields only: To, Subject, Body (rich text). No attachment picker — for routine notices the body usually says everything that's needed.

Edit before send if needed. The subject and body are fully editable. The audit row still stamps the template id so historical "Sent the PLACEMENT_NOTICE last Tuesday" reports work.

For one-offs that need attachments, fall back to the full composer + the same template picker, which gives you the attachment surface.
