Roles
A Role is a job positioned on a specific project and site, carrying the compliance requirements whoever fills it must meet.
Roles let a single job adapt to a site: add site-specific clauses, extra PPE, an additional compliance template, and the on-duty responsibilities (fire warden, first aider) that must be present. Roles only ever add to the job's baseline. Once a role exists, you place a person into it.
