Prestarts
Prestarts are pre-start safety checklists for assets — the daily "is this safe to operate" check.
Prestarts are template-driven and app-first: an operator runs the checklist against an asset before use, and a failed item can trigger a follow-up so it is not missed. Completions are recorded here for oversight.
