How to use Branding
Set up your workspace branding in under five minutes.
- Sign in to the CRM, then click Admin Portal in the sidebar.
- Open Workspace → Settings.
- Under Company Details, fill in your business name, address, phone, email, website and ABN — every PDF surfaces these.
- Under Document Branding, upload your logo (PNG or JPEG, up to 2 MB). Square or wide aspect ratios print best; narrow vertical logos shrink awkwardly on a PDF header.
- Optionally add a Document Header (sits under the logo on every PDF — three lines or less) and a Document Footer (sits at the bottom — useful for legal text, address, contact line).
- Click Save, then open any record and export it to PDF to confirm the branding applied. If something looks off, come back and tweak — the change is live the moment you save.
