Standard Documents library
Standard Documents is your tenant's library of pre-approved files attachable from the email composer — welcome packs, contracts, induction sheets, brochures, anything reusable. Admin-managed; surfaces as a checkbox-list picker in the composer.
Scope — either tenant-wide (every operator can pick) or group-only (only members of one User Group see it). Group-managers can curate their own library without bothering the tenant admin.
Record-type filter — optional. Set Terms & Conditions to only appear on Order sends. Leave blank for "available on any record type". Strict filter — wrong-type docs simply don't appear in the picker.
The underlying bytes live on the CRM files table — same as any other file in FlecBase. The library entry just points at the file_id. When operators replace a doc through the editor, a fresh CRM file row is created and the library entry re-points (the old file is kept for older comm_log audit chains).
