How to use Risk Register

Assess a hazard and record its controls.

1. Open Risk Register → New and choose the hazard — the inherent rating prefills from its defaults.
2. Add the controls in the hierarchy of control, linking PPE items and training Units where they apply.
3. Set the residual likelihood and consequence after controls.
4. Set the owner, treatment strategy and next review date, and save.
