Risk Matrix
The Risk Matrix is the classic likelihood × consequence heat-map of your risks, at a glance.
It plots each Risk Register entry at its residual position — falling back to a hazard's inherent rating where it has not been assessed yet — colour-banded low through extreme, so the risks that need attention stand out immediately.
