Qualifications
A Qualification is a grouping of units — core units plus a minimum number of electives — that make up a credential.
Build the qualification from units, mark which are mandatory and which are electives, and set how many electives are required. Enrol people and their progress is derived automatically from their attainments — never stored, always live.
