Evidence
Evidence is the documents and records that prove compliance — licences, tickets, insurances, SWMS.
Evidence is held by a person or an organisation, has an approval workflow (pending → approved), and tracks expiry. Compliance Templates define what is required; approved evidence satisfies those requirements. Workers and contractor reps can upload evidence themselves through the /me portal, pending your review.
