Risk Register
The Risk Register is where a hazard is assessed in context — inherent likelihood × consequence, the controls applied, and the residual risk that remains.
A hazard is the source; a risk is the assessment of it. Each entry takes a hazard (its defaults prefill the inherent rating), records the controls in the hierarchy of control — eliminate → substitute → engineer → administrate → PPE, linked to your PPE items and training Units — then captures the residual rating, an owner, a treatment strategy and a review date.
Residual risk is always assessed by a person; FlecBase never auto-derives it (there is no standard formula). The Risk Matrix plots the residual position of every entry.
