Compliance Templates define what evidence and competencies a job, role or contractor must satisfy.
A template is a reusable bundle of required evidence types and units of competency. Attach it to Jobs and Roles (and to engaged contractors on a project) and it drives each person's required evidence and the red / amber / green compliance status.
