People
People are the individuals FlecBase tracks — workers, clients, site contacts, contractors and applicants.
Every person is a single record carrying their details, files, notes, related records and any custom fields your workspace defines. People are the backbone of compliance and training: placements, attainments and evidence all hang off a person.
A person can also be given a login. Invite them as Staff (full CRM and app) or a Field User (app-only, who sees just the records assigned to them). Contractor representatives are people too — see the org-rep flow under Organisations.
