Units of Competency
Units of Competency are the atomic things a person can attain — competencies, tickets and inductions.
In FlecBase a unit is the competency. Each unit has a delivery type (read & acknowledge, quiz, SCORM, in person, or external), an optional expiry period, and can be required by a compliance template or grouped into a qualification. SCORM units can be launched and completed in-app.
For read & acknowledge units (site inductions, policies) attach one or more documents as reading material. In the worker portal they must open each document before they can tick it, and tick all of them before the "I have read & agree" button unlocks — so an acknowledgement always means the material was actually opened.
